How to be humain 101(Superboy style) start here

1. Be with a girl on a rooftop...


2. Do an excuse to go, if the girl in question is annoying you...


3. When the girl is gone act like you act...as a superheroe with your best friend.


And finally find the girl you like or kinda like transformed and asking you help...

i honestly want to know the story behind this costume.... N.O.W.H.E.R.E. said she took the armor in order to save the life of a loved one, and that everytime she used it it drained a little of her life (or was that her lasso?)

My first thought was the Anti-Penance. All bright and shiny, with the spikes pointing the other way.

The Gold Cancer Saint and the Silver Perseus Saint both had a few spikes, though I agree not on this scale.

you know, i ahve seen Saint Athena mentioned several times (and love the costumes, rfeminds me of Ronin warriors) but don't know aa thing about it.

Ronin Warriors was an attempt to cash in on the "pretty boys in magical armour" theme that Saint Seiya more or less started (It also predated Sailor Moon, which can be viewed as a sort of distaff Saint Seiya in very, very broad strokes)

For real. I saw the first two and went "nice! Maybe the spiky one is some sort of transformation and we'll get the nice clean ones later..." Nope.

It took me FOREVER to figure out what was going on in the scan with all those spikes everywhere.

I don't read any of the books that he writes, no, but based on what I've seen of his work, I don't find his writing of female characters particularly flattering, and even less so when he writes them ways that otherises and/or objectifies them.

I jested about the spikes in a previous post, but if it really is cursed, then I can see why it's so spiky. It's not supposed to be practical. The armor was never intended to protect its wearer, but rather to hurt people.

For one brief moment I had the idea that it was the armor talking and not Cassie. Armor is cursed with a spirit that doesn't want to kill it's wearer, but is eventually forced to.
