I like this series, and I know it shouldn't be taken too seriously, but Damian's dialogue style (in that panel at least) is so jarring and out of character that it's hard for me to stop fixating on it.

Hmm...I think if he were the kind of person to make jokes, these are probably what they would sound like. It sounds like the kind of joke you'd see from a king on his throne.

Great, now you're making me wonder what Game of Thrones would be like if it had the Bat Clan in it.

...The House of Wayne! "Night is Coming!" ...that actually could work. Rather than it being winter for years on end, maybe the nights just get longer and longer until it's dark for years at a time instead. Though this would require food to moved North from the lands to the south where the nights are just longer not semi-permanent.
