Date: 2012-11-28 09:20 pm (UTC)New Kryptonian shows up, admonishes Clark and accuses him of turning his back on his culture (which is goddamn ridiculous and I sincerely hope that the writers know that and are writing it as such) and then either tries to take over Earth as the vanguard of a new Kryptonian civilization or tries to restore Krypton itself somehow. Sprinkle with the other Super-characters as required.
The only thing interesting about this is the whole clone drama, and even that is ruined by the fact that I hate Supergirl for being so cold to Kon. Also not a fan of this pale dude, I know he's been depicted on some upcoming covers with the reverse S-shield on his chest, and if he turns out to be the New 52 Bizarro I may lose the will to live.

Date: 2012-11-28 09:46 pm (UTC)They did that best with the Eradicator in "Return of the Krypton Man." Superman said he was glad he wasn't a "true Kryptonian" as Krypton was too obsessed wtih science.
They should do a take on the whole "You aren't acting like a true Kryponian" and add an extra element. Like "Why isn't Clark Kent mayor, governor or president? Even in your flimsy disguise, you feel a need to lead these beings to a better future."
