Fearless Defenders is looking so good, frankly. I just hope there's a good home for Songbird there, given a character like her just doesn't deserve to be unceremoniously dumped with everything switching over. But it's got a great line-up so far, I like that they're cherry picking from various spots across the MU.

And that Batman Adventures is so good, too. It's just spot on in terms of how the toy packaging used to look, and even the depictions of the action figures look just like the old BTAS Batman I used to have.

Yup, the ruffles of the fabric cape around the neck on Batman is spot on! :)

Yeah, it actually looks just like he has the little half-circle of tough plastic the toys used to have attaching the cape to the neck, so you could clip and unclip the cape. The accuracy is awesome.

Kinda figured it too. ;) Looks ineffective, though. The end which you look into really should be larger.

It's possible, but a lot of modern bows have that kind of thing--helps to balance the bow in general, something to that effect. I was into archery for a while and was fair enough at it, but it's been a while since I last shot.

But we can take the "That's no way to hold a bow properly" as being a given? I don't even know anything about archery and seeing the bowstring up between her armpit and her breast makes me think that's going to hurt when she releases.

Yeah, that's a stabilizer. Basically a heavy tube, sometimes full of mercury or something, what it does is it keeps the bow from moving so much between when you release the string and the arrow departs the bow.

It was a gradual thing. I don't they ever showed them actually breaking up.

Misty got pregnant in Immortal Iron Fist and Danny proposed to her, but it turned out to be a false pregnancy, so Misty fell into a funk and Danny moved out to give her space. They still kept on a relationship after that, I think, but during Shadowlands they just started being with other people.

Thank god their poses aren't excessively oversexualized. It saddens me that that's the first thing I noticed.
