It's from Brian Clevinger's retelling of the Infinity Saga

He wrote the excellent Atomic Robo series.

Actually I own Atomic Robo and have a scanner, I could storytime his adventures if people wanted

This is totally Clevenger. You could easily swap in Robo and Dr. Dinosaur for Spider-Man and Doom and not notice any difference.

I imagine he just has Damage Control on full retainer, and they follow him along everywhere he goes, patching up the walls behind him.
