That's from The Pro. It's about a prostitute who gets superpowers and joins a faux-Justice League. It's funny, but most of that is due to Amanda Conners' art.

Sadly, this tag doesn't have the greatest one ever, Ultraman vs. Superman from Superman/Batman Annual #1. (I just love how the artist captured the split-second where you've felt the impact, and know what's coming, but the blinding pain hasn't arrived yet, and the, "Oh, god..." moment of anticipation...)

Okay, two questions:

1) How did Joker manage to kick Aquaman inna nertz underwater with sufficient force to hurt him (Since he is A) Underwater, and thus has reduced momentum due to resistance from the water, and B) Its Aquaman, who, while no superman is fairly invulnerable.

2) How can Joker breath and talk underwater? Is it like a variant of Batman breathing in Space? Joker can breath underwater?

Wasn't he inside an artificial air bubble Aquaman had made? I'm also mystified, though, how Joker's kick would do anything to a pair that frequently takes the pressure of ten thousand fathoms.
