... What's with that gif you have at the end?

People hate Maria Hill. They hate on her. Hater-style.

... Right. Whatever. ¬_¬

But the "haters gonna hate" gift kind of implies that you don't care. If you don't care, why are you posting these pages?

I think it's more saying they like Maria but don't care what the people who hate her have to say. But I might be wrong.

That's what I thought too. If they don't care what the people who hate Maria have to say, why is s/he posting scans of Maria in a public Community where posting scans is meant to elicit comments and where apparently most members loathe her or at least don't like her? It's like saying "here, guys, take a look at this, what do you think? Oh wait, I already know what you think and I don't like it, so I'm not going to listen to you." What's the point?

Because they think the character is cool and want to show some support?

No, that's how I've always used it. Haters may hate but you know what's awesome so let em' hate. Let the hate just roll off you like water off a duck's back.

It tends to be my philosophy towards comic fandom in general, as of late.

It's pretty much the only philosophy that's sane. I mean, I'm not that fond of Maria Hill, but I remember a solid year here when it was no fun to be a Tony fan.

Given what Greyhound drivers have to deal with, that was pretty shitty on her part. Poor guy.

Well, it's _Maria Hill_. The bitch who decided to attack Cap over a law that didn't exist. Holding busdrivers at knifepoint is pretty much her style.

Like she had a choice in the matter.

She had every choice in the matter. "I was just following orders" is not an excuse either legally or morally.

Again, *the law was not passed*. If it existed and Cap was refusing to sign it, she'd have *legal* justification, even if I'd view Cap in the *moral* right for refusing. I wouldn't particularly like her still, but I wouldn't think she was at fault.

But the law wasn't passed. Thus, it's all on her head. She had many, many choices, the simplest being telling her superiors "I'll ask him, but the law cannot be enforced until passed." The fact she might be fired does not excuse her. If you are a cop, and your supervisor tells you to go kill someone who filed an complaint against the police, you don't get to tell the jury later "well, man, I might have been fired if I said no! Had to do it!" and expect to get off.

I'll have to take your word for it, since I don't read the Avengers related books, but, even a reasonable fear can tip over into paranoia, and when it changes from 'always glancing over your shoulder' to 'spooking at every single Greyhound guy'...that's a good sign that it has.

At this point, I'm not even sure if it's Larroca so much as the inker and colourist. I mean, look at that shit - all oily gleams, flat tones and bare outlines. Yuck.

Yeah, the drawing isn't that terrible, even if people are kind of lumpy, but the coloring is oversauced severely.

Motto. I'm not a fan of a lot of the coloring at Marvel, and it's particularly true for this book.

How old is Maria anyway, seeing that Greyhound man call her a 'girl'.

I don't know this person at all, but she doesn't seem to be acting like a very good soldier/spy pulling a knife on a bus driver who woke her up!

That little guy walking cracks me up, though.

I'm guessing she looks like crap cuz she isnt sleeping, and is paranoid because of this, etc. I want to like her, sometimes it is tricky! Maybe that is the point. :D
