Slightly earlier we learn Osborn wants to take Tigra's skrull kitties (she's still pregnant) and use them for evil science experiments and Tigra leaves in a huff with Ms. Moonstone watching her. Reasonably, Tigra get's angry... Meanwhile Osborn also tells Gauntlet he can go back to his army biddues but only if he gives them the Gauntlet which is irremovably stuck to his arm. Ares gives them a solution of removing a limb, lullz ensue.

Yep, that's Ares falling out the window.

Ms. Moonstone's costume was ripped open by Tigra for those who can't tell. Oh Tigra.

Then...we have Osborn and Hood working to get Trauma on their side...

Poor Trauma. Also I wanted to see him beat up Hood or Osborn but alas.

And finally...what's the worse thing that can happen to Gravity?

Dear. Sweet. God.

Poor Gravity!

Still, I can think of worse fates--with Squirrel Girl to back ya up, you're in pretty good shape.

Poor Trauma! Deals with the devil indeed!

As for Moonstone: "HAW-HAW!"

I haven't stopped by the LCS yet, any movement with Komodo?

damn right. Give the GLI some respect. In fact I hope this leads to a mini.

To my knowledge Komodo didn't appear, unless I missed her.

Ohhhhh, I don't think that Doreen will be the backup there, oh no sir (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Squirrel_girl#Victories).

My, my! I do not mean to imply that Doreen is anyone's backup! My deepest appologies!

It would have been better to say "Gravity will be far safer here because of Doreen than back where he was."

I read yours and the post you replying to as something completely different.

It would be cute for Doreen and Gravity to have a relationship. She's, what 19 now?

You know, Gravity seems rather like Squirrel girl's type. And now that Speedball is ruined forever...

That makes me wonder. If Squirrel girl and Mister Immortal fell in love and had a baby, would it be the single most terrifyingly powerful being in existence?

I don't remember anything about this. He asked him to join the GLI during Secret Invasion, like he does everytime he meets a fellow super hero.

Wait. I thought that the leaders of the 50 State teams needed to go through that "leadership" training.

Prodigy didn't even officially graduate from basic.

And it's good to see Gravity at least sorta has his old personality back. I really wasn't happy to see him killing skrulls in Secret Invasion.

Thankfully this artist got Ms. Moonstone's boots right! Sana Takeda is fail in that area, but that's another rant for another time.

And for the record, Carol didn't actually make her costume. It was part of her Magical Girl Transformation thingie (it's apparently a kree uniform)

It's an adaptation of Captain Marvel's uniform that was, er, given to her by the Psyche Magnetron, and was the source of her powers, originally. That is, the costume was her powers. Once her physiology was altered to a human/kree hybrid, the costume sort of came out of the ether. Magical girl transformation is a good way to describe it. For a while she was just... manifesting her costume.

That shouldn't have worked. Moonstone controls her costume on a molecular level. Oh well.

The art is interesting, quite expressive.

I kind of like the idea of Trauma being the son of Nightmare. Gravity gets screwed so often, poor guy.

The Hood needs a bit of a makeover. I love the look in this artwork but cloaks look kind of strange with modern clothing beneath.

It's Ramos, no?

He tends to be really expressive, kind of "ugly" in a sense but also were expressive. I like him.

You wouldn't think Moonstone would care...And ick on the baby storyline. Double ick for Norman Osborn in a icky baby storyline.

Trauma's power should've worked on Osborn though. Dormammu's non-aggression pact doesn't give Hood a depower effect on other demonlord's offspring.
