Date: 2009-06-25 01:24 am (UTC)We almost never see groups of GLs at full capacity. Plus, based on the way Geoff Johns has been portraying the rate of power decay in the rings (the lower it is, the faster it decays), I'm thinking it's a geometric curve, not an algebraic one.
Think the Richter scale. A ring at 100% is 10 times more powerful than a ring at 90%.
