Well, actually, he got Clark to do his dirty work with that one. I don't think it works if he does it by proxy.

Oh, really? I could have sworn it was Batman doing the shooting*, but I've misremembered stuff like that before, so I bow to your superior knowledge. I suppose having Clark do it makes sense, if he thought Diana wouldn't deflect it Clark could grab it. Faster than a speeding bullet and all that.

*I guess the image of Batman with a gun is so odd that I keep inserting it into other places.
