Not Deadpool. That bastard, Gavin the pizza boy. Context! Someone orders a pizza, and Gavin leaps into action. Strangely enough, it turns out that the homeowner didn't order the pizza. I wonder who did?!

And so he does.

It would have to be either something to do with genitalia (like, maybe she had too much, or the "wrong kind," or that she had a tail as a baby. You never live tail-baby down.

Anyway, this. Was. AWESOME!!! Out of nowhere assassination, ridiculous means to perform it (he could have gone to Gavin's home, or something, but no. Lures him to a total stranger's house to kill him), ridiculous job ($500? He's either desperate or noble. Or both), ridiculous EVERYTHING. But Deadpool is completely professional. Y'know. Other than eating the pizza first. And not cleaning up. And robbing the home owner. But other than that. Completely. Professional.

That threw me as well. He narrated in the first volume that it had been a long time since he'd taken a 187, then proceeded to opine on the anguish it caused him (too much time to think about the kill bothers him).

I know he's desperately broke but this seemed to come from left field.

And yes I miss my Deadpool angst. What.
