It's spelled correctly, except you added a hyphen. Yeah, I know Arabic transliteration adds a hyphen to "al", the comic books omit it for this character.

Amusingly enough, the first stories with him did have his name as "Rā's al Ghūl". Indicating the proper long vowels of the Arabic words.
