Given some people have complained so badly about Moore's treatment of the female characters in Watchmen already, I dread to think the amount of whining we'd have if the likes of Rorschach and the Comedian were female.

Still, some of these are so great. I love the female 1930's style 'Comedienne'. It's amazing, given my objection to Warner's merchandise-whoring of the film, that I don't have issues with this stuff.
