Think Tank is a bit of a mess to navigate on Comixology, as it follows the model of relaunches of short volumes. There are a lot of Think Tank #2 going about. The series started in summer 2012 and focuses on David Loren, a... well, the synopsis for the debut issue says

Dr. David Loren is many things: child prodigy, inventor, genius, slacker... mass murderer. When a military think tank's smartest scientist decides he can no longer stomach creating weapons of destruction, will he be able to think his way out of his dilemma or find himself subject to the machinations of smaller men?

Volume 5 launched last week, with a call back to the technology from the first arc

Fact: Crows do hold grudges.
There are footnotes at the back of every issue of Think Tank where he explains the science behind the issue. It's the best comics back matter that I've seen and really adds to the series' appeal.

Cute! Gonna have to look up that bit about birds seeing electromagnetism.

The reluctant evil scientist reminds me of that Doctor Death's Giant Death Ray from Mitchell and Webb..
