Things fell apart quickly.

The fear, the panic, the riots...

There was no police force that could handle the wave of chaos and terror that had gripped the world.

The heroes were gone, leaving us behind.

We had trained our entire lives to fight.

But where was the enemy?

I found the whole issue of this to see if it made any more sense with the rest of the pages there. It did not. This is some seriously confused storytelling.

Is this supposed to be some sort of commentary on how shittily teenagers are treated narrative lyrics in comics because our society has a weird fetish for the suffering of minors? Because we already know and don't like this trend. It's fucking miserable, please don't do it.

Loved the concept, but like End League, this series killed characters before you ever had a chance to give a damn about them.

Also, why did Fury need a kid parody?
