A big part of Dadpool since at least Gerry Duggan's run started is that he's very fond of children.

EDIT: I meant Deadpool, but the above could also work.

huh humans AND mutants are living in New Tian? that's something I didn't expect from the turn emma took at the end of X-Men Vs Inhumans.....

also is creepy lady Moira?

also also, I kinda like Emma's new outfit. the x-around the abdomen much better than the null space black getup or the weird Janet Jackson x-arms around the breasts. this one is a call back to classic look while incorporating the x.

also why are the x-men acting against her, and why did Steve go to Magneto when he's presumed dead and Emma is the leader?

It's not all sunshine and roses though. And Emma isn't the official leader, Xorn is. Emma is controlling him and using him as a figure head.

I thought Xorn's helmet blocked telepathy like Magneto's?

I don't remember her name but that woman is an associate of Magneto from his solo series prior to Secret Wars. She also showed in Uncanny X-Men after that, with the Hellfire Club.

hahahha leave it to Moon girl to make plans and be the adult when the rest of the adults are being children.

also, I love deadpool. I KNEW he was working something. oh the fact he killed Phil is eating him up... also, his daughter is a mutant?

Emma thinks a dead mutant might be back? How paranoid of her, eh, dr McCoy?

In a better universe, the next panel after that would've been Shaw and Emma laughing at him.

Ultimate Wolverine is now in the mainstream Marvel Universe too?!

WOW. Marvel's pattern of having multiple versions of the same popular X-man is going strong. I mean, you could make at least three different teams of Jean Greys, Bobby Drakes, Hank McCoys and Wolverines with just people on X-men rosters today.

And he's brought some of the other Ultimate X-Men with him.

Because... people were clamouring for them, apparently?

You're being sarcastic, but there were, for some of them. Plus it was already established that several characters emigrated from the UK to the Prime Universe, so i don't see why this is weird.

We already saw Miles, Ganke, The Maker, Bombshell and others made the jump.

It was more confusion than outright sarcasm.

And if they keep having all these characters survive their universe blowing up, it does start raising the question of why they blew up the Ultimate Universe in the first place, if they're just going to undo most of the consequences.

It's not like they said how many survived, they intentionally kept it vague.

And it doesn't undo the consequences, their home reality is still gone.

Were these mutants in Battleworld? Did they give any explanation how they made it from the Ultimate Universe to the New Marvel Universe?

Miles, the Maker, and Thor's Hammer don't bother me because they were all in Battleworld.

Just pulling people out of nowhere who didn't go from their universe to Battleworld first seems like a cheap retcon.

Actually, Jimmy was on Battleworld. Unless you're asking if he was on the ship the Heroes or the Bad guys were on.

Speaking of, the recent Squadron Supreme was a team of heroes from worlds that were destroyed during incursions, but only Zarda was seen on Battleworld(The Squadron Sinister book).

I actually did want to see some of those characters again.

Mach 2 makes for a nice antagonistic teen mutant. And Ultimate Armor has a great take on her psionic armor powers.

Personally I'd have grabbed Blackheath and Shola Inoski while I was at it. But I guess Derek Morgan makes for a visually interesting match up against Teen Angel.

How many Spidermen are there in the Marvel Universe now??

Spider-Man*

And there's just two, Miles and Peter. Three if you count Miguel O'Hara, but he doesn't really interact with the other heroes and he just wants to return to the year 2099. Plus his book is ending with issue 25.

Five if you want to include Ben Reilly and Kaine. Kaine may never have used the name himself, but I'd argue he counts.

I feel very overly complicated currently with the X-Men line. Maybe, you know, simplify things to make things easier to follow.

But it's not the X-Men if it's not overly complicated. Not kidding, i can't remember the last time they had a plot that overly complicated.

Even having Jimmy around isn't that weird, he's not the first Alternate Universe/Alternate Timeline kid we've seen join the main universe team. Rachel is still around after all and Cable too.

(And is he the only character currently the child of a Magda?)

So the strike team sent after th young X-Men in X-Men Blue includes:
Firestar (really?)
Toad (with a -burning tongue-, explained as a secondary mutation)
Marrow
Mondo (wait, what the fuck? Isn't he dead or a plant construct or both or what?)
and Wolvesbane... now with EXTRA LONG CLAWS... and the ability to turn into an entire PACK OF FUCKING WOLVES.

No, seriously.
I can't even.

Emma could be controlling these characters, which could explain why Firestar and Wolfsbane are working for her

Toad's had secondary mutations in the past. A lot of them so it's not really new.
Mondo looked more like a plant than anything else, so he could be a construct.
Whatever process that gave Toad his newest secondary mutation could also explain Wolfsbane's new abilities.

Dark Beast was experimenting on people in New Tian, so he is most likely responsible for Rhane and Toad's new powers.
