From CIVIL WAR to CIVIL WAR II, Marvel events say that half the superheroes hate the other half, they were just really good at hiding it. The Hate Monger or Psycho-Man being involved would make MORE sense.

The Avengers anyway. And to be fair most of the Avengers were always shitty "friends".

The FF, X-men, and Spiderpeople seem pretty on the level.
