They're on Qward. They're in the antimatter universe. They're not just restricted to this one.

This means they could emerge across all 52(51?) parallels.

It's still a "graveyard universe". It's the universe of Kamandi. That there are New Gods over there doesn't mean there aren't lots of dead people.
