Four scans from Dark Avengers/Uncanny X-Men: Exodus, the finale to the "Utopia" crossover.

The Dark Avengers and the remaining Dark X-Men attack Genosha 2.0, and a brawl breaks out between them and groups of X-Men.  Emma and Professor X use their powers to put Emma inside the Sentry's mind, so that she can mess around with the stuff she put in place back in New Avengers's "The Sentry" arc (in a really good use of continuity).

On the bottom half of this page, Cyclops rubs this in Norman's face; Norman claims they still have Ares, but then Valkyrie-Dani beats him.

So seemingly this story will have some consequences for Dark Avengers after all, apart from triggering "The List".

Emma's later shown meeting with Psylocke and Dr. Rao, who both seem pretty puzzled by the situation.  Interesting way to take the character, given how frustrating it would be not to be able to use her psychic powers.

Let me get this straight since DA is my first exposure to the Sentry. The Sentry is an all powerful being who schizophrenic releasing a second personality called 'The Void'. Here, the Void takes control of the Sentry's mind and Emma goes inside and allows Bob to take control of himself and fly into space for some reason. However, the experience causes part of the Void to infect Emma. Am I right?

Does anyone else get a feeling of the Shadow King with regards to the Void?

I've really come to like the Sentry and I hate the fact that so many others on both sides (both Osborn and Stark and the X-Men and everyone else) take advantage of his mental difficulties. Both Tony and Norman gave Bob the same speech about helping him and knowing how he feels and all that and both have just basically used him for their own ends, knowing he can be manipulated. Emma and Xavier are basically doing the same thing (even if it is for the greater "good). What a positive depiction of how to treat someone suffering from mental disease/anguish, huh?

I also find it amusing that the most powerful person in the Marvel Universe is some guy called "Bob". Not Clark, not Bruce, not Reed, not Tony or some other cool name but "Bob".

I really like this art, especially Emma. She looks amazing. Even her costume looks less tacky because she's so natural and comfortable in it, rather than striking ridiculous poses. And Bob is adorable. I might end up picking this up just for the pretty.

Emma going diamond to contain a part of the Void is interesting.

(Also, I said sending Sentry up against the X-Men's telepaths would be a bad idea. :D )

No one rocks a Merry Widow like Emma, boy

Is it just me or is Emma's boobs bigger when she is Sentry's mind and smaller in the real world.

I'm a little behind on my dark reign here...what exactly happened that the void's back and that emma's having to save Robert from his own mind?

And for question 2 which just now struck my mind...did we ever see/encounter the void again after that entrance he made during secret invasion?

So Emma is stuck in Diamond form like her future daughter Ruby?

I just hope they don't use this sliver of the Void in her to turn Emma evil. Because it seems like a cheap solution for Marvel to have Evil Emma while claiming it's not OOC due to being possessed.

Did Bob get full control of The Void?

heh i didnt notice this at first, but liking the different art they are using to depict X-Men stuff, and dark avenger stuff, if you look, the "Mindscape" is done in X-Men art, where as the "Sentry" stuff is done in Dark Avenger art

You have to love The Sentry. At least he's reliable. Whenever something happens, he gets all emotional and flies off into space.
It's like a checklist: Osborn: Crazy Asshole. Cyclops: Massive Tool. Wolverine: Snikt Snikt Bub Bub. The Sentry: Still Useless.

As an aside, nothing better happen to Emma, or that island is going to sink again.

I know you specified "Dark Avengers", but Norman Osborn just lost a third of his cabal. That's a huge Dark Reign change. Apart from Osborn himself, Loki, Doom and the Hood remain but Doom (as always) has his own plans, and the Hood is pretty much in Loki's pocket (my interpretation).
