I think Steve Wacker has said that all Chameleon did to Michelle was "steal kisses".

While they both slid down onto the kitchen floor, below the table.

Although people will probably say that's just damage control.

Uh-huh. Because all they did was kiss, while lying on the floor together, out of sight of the viewer.

That's like saying that Peter and Michelle didn't have sex because Peter was wearing his boxers when he woke up.
