IIRC it was actually the 1980's (Adrian Chase) Vigilante... but I could be wrong

Meh, he's Punisher 2.0, and I really can't see Dick being interested in him, he's got a much more interesting example of revenge motivated vigilante heroism back home, and that one doesn't shoot people unless they're Darkseid.
