Is anyone a little bothered over the "bullseye" scar on Bullseye's head? I remember Marvel giving it to him to make him more in line with the movies, and so it just sticks out to me whenever I see it now.

I also don't know why he wouldn't grow his hair over it ever since Matt carved it onto his forehead--I would think it'd be a constant memory of getting beaten and humilated by his archnemesis.

So is Bullseye wearing what appears, at first glance, to be Spider-Man's costume just to PO Norman? (I know it's not Spider-Man's costume, but look at that first panel, my first thought was "Why has Pete shaved his head and why is he having breakfast with these psycho's?"
