It seems a bit unlikely but it wouldn't be impossible. In most case if a Japanese bride is wearing a traditional wedding costume these days she's also wearing a wig given that most women don't have enough hair for a traditional bridal hairdo. So it wouldn't be hard to hunt a wig for Kitty at whatever kimono rental place they used. Of course if they actually had her dressed up as a miko they'd have her in a white kimono and red hakama skirt, not a pink kimono like that, and miko don't wear their hair like that.

I would love to know all the stuff that went on behind the scenes after they decided to bring Jean back. I never got any sort of impression reading her appearances up to X Factor 1 or so that they ever intended Maddy to be anything but someone who looked like Jean so Scott could have a happy ending.
