the last issue ended with JJJ getting incriminating pictures of Gargan. he meets up with Norman about this. Norman goes on about how they're obviously fakes and JJJ storms off. meanwhile, Norman tells Daken and Bullseye to get into their old costumes and orders them to take Gargan down.






yes, Bullseye just shot Venom in the eye with a poodle. there was nothing in this issue I did not find hilarious.

Don't forget Peter went back to the Black Suit recently for a short while, and as far as the people of the MU are concerned, even with the black suit he's still likely another person entirely from Venom - Who rampantly wanted to eat brains.

So they probably do just think it's the exact same Spidey.

Except that, once again, THIS MAKES NO SENSE, when a) people see Spider-Man FIGHTING Norman Osborn, and b) when the general public of the Marvel Universe LOVES Venom!Spider-Man but HATES the real Spider-Man. Seriously, there is NO way to explain this.

To be fair, it makes as much sense as handing Norman the keys to the kingdom for sniping the Skrull Queen, for the New Avengers knowing exactly who reach Dark Avenger really is but not telling the media and for the public to trust Norman over Clint.

Which, of course, is none at all. But at least they're consistant.

Like I said I'm hopeing for mind control to explain this. If not the Purple Man then the Purple Girl. Just to piss off Alfa Flight fans compleatly of course.

really it makes no sense more in the way of they should be able to tell the difference in how this guy's much more muscular and i think taller than spider-man usually is....like enough muscle it should be noticeable (and effect his speed; and gives him a different frame)
