This was originally planned to be part of my "The Original origin of the Original non-Original Robin" series on the history of Mk1 Jason Todd, but since I haven't gotten around to posting one of those for a long, long time, I thought I'd short circuit the process for this.

Trying to keep my momentum with the story here's the third part of the 9 part epic as only Marv Wolfman and friends could bring you.

Page count is just a bit under 7 pages from a 22 page comic. And yeah I'll be honest trying to cut stuff out was very hard, so many fun little in fighting moments in the issue...

I have no idea why Slade was a part of this or what his story was at the time but Slade's running from the government just as he's forced into this three way tie in between his title Deathstroke the Terminator, the New Titans and Team Titans.

Because I'm not done posting woobie moments of the Titans Men, here's a bit from the New Titans, Issue 63!

1 1/2 pages. Donna is suffering from a mysterious ailment in a hospital bed, and Roy muses on their relationship. And ends up kind of just putting himself down quite a bit.

We didn't have any New Teen Titans stuff recently, and with the scans of Gar Logan's first appearance a few days ago I thought I could dig out the Gar issue from the Tales of the New Teen Titans mini series (1982).
Flashbacks of Gar getting sakutia are repeated every now and then, but the TotNTT mini also has a few nice scenes of Gar's tv show Space Trek 2022 plus the Titans sitting around a camp fire being all cute and kind with each other (which I miss these days).
So, Space Trek, camping Titans, Hot Dog drama and Gar Logan in top shape are right ahead:
