No real relationship between these two, beyond being group shots of characters who don't normally get together, but should.

As I've mentioned elsewhere, in 1997 Marvel did FLASHBACK month, where almost all their issues were set a year (or more) before the rocket flight that created the Fantastic Four. Who mourned him in his death?
Jun. 20th, 2011 07:58 pm I'm just feeling all wistful. Must be the weather.
At one point, people believed him dead, and two people in particular cared enough to mourn him. Mystique, and surprise, Johnny Storm.
The only ones who ever cared for him other than Logan, and they seem to be dead. Probably why he kept so distant.
( Is there a word for the fear of caring for someone? )

Anyhoo, four scans apiece from Captain America #618, by Ed Brubaker, Butch Guice, and Chris Samnee, and Wolverine #9, by Jason Aaron and Daniel Acuna.

Here are scans from Daken: Dark Wolverine #2. It's part of the "Wolverine Goes to Hell" storyline.
I can actually see Daken/Mystique and that's what makes it creepy.
