Storm's early adventures
Mar. 12th, 2013 11:24 pmI don't know if I'd say that Storm is my favorite female character (mostly because I'm not sure I'd say I have "favorites" per se) but she's certainly up there. And since there were requests for Storm scans, I'm going to share some scans of her very earliest appearances, so you can know she was awesome from the very beginning. I'll also be interspersing it with other scans from the same issues that amuse me.

A Very Magneto Family Reunion
Mar. 6th, 2010 06:56 pmFirst post on the new community and what do I put up? A fan comic. Guess I'm a bad contributer. But, hey, it is about one of the Marvel's universe's favorite horribly over-complicated mutant families!

Four scans apiece from Agents of Atlas #10, shortly to enter a reboot phase aimed at boosting its popularity, and Exiles #6, which ends its tragically short existence (but they give him a ton of pages to do it in).

Uncanny X-Men: The Sentinels...LIVE!
Aug. 22nd, 2009 09:23 pmHere's a classic Silver Age X-Men storyline by Roy Thomas and Neal Adams. In which the Sentinels return, Alex and Lorna meet for the first time, crazy '60s jewelry is worn, and Scott out-robots a robot.

Stay classy Marvel
May. 30th, 2009 12:53 pmI looked back a bit and I haven't seen this posted but I just joined so I might be mistaken in which case forgive the repeat.
So when I looked through Uncanny X-men on a recent bout of masochism my righteous feminism sense were all ready pinging and on the last page of Fantastic Force they went wild. (There's some alternate timelines involved before people go 'where did this come from' on me.)
( HYSTERIES?! )
Edited because I don't want the focus to be on my comments on comics and on the panel itself.
