icon_uk.insanejournal.comgalateus.insanejournal.comThe squat-bodied Marvel equivalent of the Super Friends started airing last week, with the awesomely named pilot "And Lo... a Pilot Shall Come!" The premise is apparently: saving Superhero City and a MacGuffin sword-fragment-of-the-week from Doctor Doom's Lethal Legion of cartoon-villainy that lives right next door in Villainsville.
A couple highlights: MODOK and Abomination fighting over superhero-Mortal Kombat, Hulk hitchhiking, surprise Doombots, and bringing in this guy in the second episode:
