octopedingenueBehold my dance of squee over the first English-licensed manga from my personal yaoi rockstar, Kou Yoneda! These are scans from her breakout hit debut No Touching at All, AKA Doushitemo Furetakunai (どうしても触れたくない). It's elegant, funny, and well-plotted(!) yaoi, and it makes me cry every goddamn time I read it.
The background: Techie Shima is the new employee starting at a computer company, and he wants to keep his personal past private and to not make waves. His taciturn awkwardness catches the attention of gregarious section chief Togawa, whose friendly overtures soon turn to flirtation. Still scarred from the ugly breakup with an emotionally abusive boyfriend/coworker at his last job, Shima is deeply reluctant to start a new office romance. But Togawa is slowly drawing Shima out of his shell through the power of, umm, personal charm.
Mouthwash is a boy's best friend, Togawa.
