Yeah, Lois has been amazing so far. She's got the raw chaos energy of the Silver Age version (the Cat Grant impression, the repeated attempts to catch up to Superman on foot, the trust-fall jump, the handcuffs), but without any of the creaky, sorta-misogynistic tropes of that era.
We'll see how her story shakes out. We're going pretty fast through the goalposts I'd normally expect to linger over for longer, so I could see her running out of ways to evolve before we run out of show. But the showrunners sure seem to know where they're going, and I'll trust them for now.
Was not expecting depth out of Steve Lombard, I'll tell you that for a dollar. And yeah, it sucks to be Jimmy today, though if getting kidnapped by Bigfoot is the first step on his journey to becomig Mister Adventure, it may be a blessing in the long run.
