Liz is captured by the Life Foundation (this being their mindscape) and Misery is trying to get her to move past her issues so they can fully bond and escape.

Which seems a little redundant to me, given that Liz has been literally torn apart and put back together by the symbiote.

It really wasn't Harry's fault. He was abused and neglected, on drugs constantly, AND had his soul sold to the devil. I think we can cut him some slack. I mean, look at him in that panel where he's yelling about how she looks at him. He's sweating buckets!
