Batman / Superman: World's Finest #21

Being angered by being attack by David last issue, Superman fights back with punching David and sending them to a non populated area. He says that no one can hear him, But he’s wrong, as KC Superman flies in out of the blue and strikes Superman.

KC Superman is pissed, as he believes Superman is attacking his friend. David tell KC Superman that our Superman is an evil Kryptonian from outer space or Kandor. Lying about Superman’s intentions, saying he’s on a murder spree.

Getting an idea, Superman flies off. Which KC Superman flies right after him. Superman leads KC Superman to a lead mine shaft. KC Superman says that he can still hear him, even if he can’t see our Superman. Superman replies that he’s counting and hoping on that. Superman whistles, which hurts KC Superman because of his Super hearing. Which also collapse the mine.

Superman explains that this world’s Ma and Pa Kents are dead. Superman gets more furious at his and Batman counterpart’s behavior. Superman lashes out at a tree, believing KC Superman and KC Batman to be an unreasonable bullying frauds.

Yeah...except didn't we already see several dead bodies from when the bomb was dropped?

How can this be set before the inciting incident?

I went back and looked, and I was a little off. The Kansas Incident involved the Justice -Battalion- fighting the Parasite, and had a team comprised of Charlton characters plus Alloy, led by Magog. This is the Justice -Brigade- with a whole ton of other heroes involved as well. So maybe this isn't meant to lead into Kingdom Come as directly.

It still doesn't bode well for most of them...
