The Enforcers are great.
Master martial artist.
Freakishly strong guy.
Man with a rope.
Okay, 2/3 of the Enforcers are great.
Also sometimes they have a really flexible guy. I'm a little unclear on what Snake Marston adds to a team of, well, enforcers but "contortionist" seems to be a surprisingly common supervillain gimmick.
