Wonder Woman #10 - "Sacrifice, Part 3"

I did that in Batman, you know. I famously did issues #50 through #75 as Batman, just losing. I learned my lesson. She’s triumphant at the end of eight and and at the end of nine she’s also triumphant. The great theme of this book is a very simple direct theme. And that is Wonder Woman is awesome. I’m trying to sort of count down for you for many issues in many years, all the ways that Wonder Woman is the essential superhero. -- Tom King

I hope Kite-man makes a cameo in the next season of Peacemaker. I want him to rob everyone with no foreshadowing then jump out of the building and glide away, never to be seen again.

Surely "loses for 25 issues" and "triumphs twice in a row" aren't the ONLY options? I don't have any qualms about Diana's win-loss ratio in this series, and the funny bits here are funny. You know what I mean.

I am still...totally at a loss as to why "America's rulers" followed up their much more impressive attacks on Diana's psyche with an island fight against someone she usually beats, but we've been over that.

I like to imagine the entire department is as unclear on her actual powerset/powerlevels as we are so everyone is just taking turns as the previous person gets burnt out.

I'm honestly losing track of what's going on from issue to issue, but I'm enjoying it anyway.
