can you imagine the bureaucracy in the DCU (and the Marvel U too I guess) where people die and then come back on a semi-regular basis.

are the debts from before now void? If your will's been read and your estate settled how do you get that back?, getting your driver's license reinstated, getting new bank accounts, a new SSN (or reinstating your old one). The mind boggles.

There must be whole gov't agencies with reams of policies and procedures and huge amounts of case law devoted to nothing but this.
