I think it's a far stretch to call any substantial portion of S_D "teaching." But there's plenty of review, criticism, comment, and news reporting. Enough that I'd feel comfortable looking for a lawyer to argue that the amount of content posted is a reasonable amount to encourage this much commentary.

If the rule were "2 pages per issue," S_D would have long ago transformed into a fanfic & parody forum.
