I think you have a point there. Even in the best BTAS Two-Face stories, I've wondered if that kind of puts a damper on the emotional impact of his actions. If he does something bad, then he's willfully irresponsible and assigning the blame to something other than himself. When he does something good, it doesn't count, because the coin told him to do it, not because he wanted to.

I still love that Harvey because of the friendship with Bruce, and how much of the internal struggle is depicted, not to mention Richard Moll's whole performance. And yet, thanks for nailing down exactly why I still think "Eye of the Beholder" is the best Harvey yet seen! :)
