I don't recall that phase, myself. Far as I know, it soon led to Kaine and Otto's death, and then the Clone Saga from there.

The thing about Peter's parents, and who was really behind their "return" and why... that's the sort of thing I wish were better known. For one thing, I wish Norman knew about that. For all the times he's called Harry a failure, I like to think that it would have made him proud. Probably not, though.
