I'm not really sure if you're directing this at me or not, because I seem to be mostly agreeing with you and you are treating me with hostility.
Oracle has failed a lot in the past couple of arcs. And certainly, some writers don't know how to use a computer hacker character properly. But I feel like Gail/Grant were getting Oracle back into the clandestine, tactical command/hacker business. At least that's what the plans seemed like to me. From the newest issue of BoP she was running the show, telling everyone what to do, and planning everything out.
And then they throw it all away, so there is no way to redeem the character.

I apparently lack the language to convince you that the same person you were pinning your hopes on to correct Oracle was both the same person who steered her so vastly off course and who is now writing her as Batgirl, so I'm ejecting from this conversation before I say something that will get me banned.
