I am so in love with that top and the way the cape goes around her neck. Not too crazy on the bottom part and the weird boots. Also it seems Kara escaped the pants for all women policy.

You know, I really don't care about the DC reboot, but...

You just don't change Superman's costume. There's a reason it's called iconic.

There's been a lot of speculation it's because of the Siegel case.

Other people are saying that the fact they changed Clark's costume means that DCNu won't stick.

I'm kind of amazed that I've lived long enough to see that stupid Spears midriff thing FINALLY get ditched.

I don't have a huge issue with the changes, but I don't get why anyone in the Superfamily would need armor. They're not warriors by trade or tradition, and they don't exactly need protection...especially around the ankles, of all places.

First of all, I am not against changes or evolution but I am against defiling a classic. This here isn't Superman even if they ask George Pérez to draw him.

Superman, as a Kryptonian, has already a set of epic super-powers to use and it's silly to assume he needs a mechanic set of pants or boots. It's like putting a hammer at the end of a shotgun. I think that everybody here disliked all the new looks that Superman has receive over the decades (Electric, Mullet, etc.) and DC should know never to mix with its greatest asset, a true legend.

By the way, When will all the excessive destruction end? Writers and Artists should dedicate themselves to create instead of destroying to get shock value.

I will give this reboot less than a year and that is been way too merciful.

I like that Superboy cover. Personally, the direction of Conner as Clark Kent Jr. of Smallville felt pretty blah. Some of my favorite stories involving him are the trippy sciency stuff from the 90s, and I think he should be out having crazy adventures, instead of sitting around Smallville High.

Well, she is invulnerable. If anyone can logically get away with bare legs, it would be her, Power Girl, and depending on how powered-up Wonder Woman is, maybe her too.

it's strange, but without the red undies Superman's crotch is MORE attention grabbing.

Also, I think that Supergirl does have pants: They're just a weird color.

I actually like the art on the Superboy cover. I don't want him to be an android, though, so I hope that it's more metaphorical (Cadmus building him) than literal.

Also, someone elsewhere said it looked like Kon had a run-in with GLaDOS and now I want someone to draw Kon as a Super Core.

Yeah, they do kind of have the same tone, but I think they're still supposed to be some kind of... Garment. It's the same color as the front of her boot, and that looks like something artificial.

Poor Power Girl. I haven't seen any indication that she might still be around in this new universe.

actually... Clark and Conner were very different characters in high school. Clark was an all around geek/nerd, Conner just played below the radar but didn't dramatically change his personality much. they are both very different takes on the Smallville story.

i actually never realy liked the "trippy sciency stuff" alot of it seemed like they were just pulling stuff out of thin air

i think it was SUPPOSED to be like blue tights, but was recolored to be skin because of "Trouser Gate"

Like I said before, I actually really like Kara's new outfit. It has a slightly more alien design, but I think it works and those boots are really awesome. Wish she had tights.
