There was a UKIP candidate a couple of years back who volunteered similar ideas regarding the mentally ill and those disagnosed with "developmental disorders" (ie state-mandated abortions so they wouldn't be a burden on the NHS), and he was shown the door really, REALLY fast for voicing such repugnant views.
