Turns out it was not Robin Lois, its...Lana Quinn.

Also, given Superman/Batman continuity Lana Quinn actually makes decent sense: Lana did try to make the world uninhabitable for Superman to protect Lexcorp's investment and you can mash that with Harley.
Were any other mashup groups other than the Justice Titans mentioned in these issues? I'm trying to decide whether or not I should go ahead with figuring out who the International Outsiders would be.
