Howard the Duck #4

"There’s a friend for Howard (aw!) named Tara, a local tattoo artist who's a bit of a thrill-seeker because it wouldn't be a true relaunch without giving people the ability to call me a hipster." -- Chip Zdarsky

Count me the third person where the imagined histrionics of Stephen uttering that elicited rolling laughter.

That's a Howard the Duck story I would read.. a crossover would be amazing.

I'm actually surprised it's taken a writer this long to speculate on someone making a matching LEFT hand gauntlet to the one Thanos made for the Infinity Gems. :)

People keep saying this is trying too hard, but as far as I care it's trying hard and getting it.

I find the series working for me if I can simply imagine Howard as a brand new character with very little history other than what's needed for the occasional situation. Also helps to imagine it out of continuity.

Trying hard is never an insult in my book.

Well it's in continuity and it works. Shit, this issue even made a great reference to the first series.
