Batman and Robin Eternal 5
The action begins several years prior, where Batman and Robin (Dick in this incarnation), are on a stake-out outside of a church they suspect the Scarecrow is hiding him. And because Batman is the World's Greatest Detective, he turns out to be right about Crane hiding there, however, although he can tell the Scarecrow is talking to someone, his spygear isn't good enough at this stage to hear who exactly the supervillain is talking to or the entire conversation...
The conversation being about how Crane is attempting to blackmail the Orphan into getting him out of the country, by threatening to withhold the feargas the Orphan needs to remain lucid from him unless he complies. The Orphan responds to this by having Cass pop out of a fake statue and threaten to decapitate Crane with what appears to be a meat cleaver of some time, the older assassin pointing out that Mother had decided that the entire Scarecrow persona was drawing too much attention, so they'll just have to kill him and come up with an alternate scheme.
It's at this point Cass realises that Batman and Robin are incoming, so she, the Orphan and Scarecrow book it to prevent the superheroes discovering the scheme prematurely...
Back in the present, Dick is interviewing Tim Drake's parents, who oddly enough seem to think that their son is dead, claiming that he'd died in a car accident some years ago. It's at this point that Poppy, Dick's brainwashed co-worker shows up to kill the Drakes with what appears to be a cyberaxe.
Meanwhile, Harper and Cass have gone back to the church from the flashback to look for the Orphan, who leaps out of the false statue and promptly begins beating up our two heroines. He kicks Cass away, and advances on Harper to finish his prior plans to beat her to death.

Back with Dick, he manages to defeat the countermeasures Tim had built into his parents' house, only for Tim to show up shortly afterwards. Tim is mad that Dick seemingly brought Poppy to his parents' doorstep after he'd gone through the trouble of building them a new life in order to keep them safe from his superhero-related antics. Dick says he had to check up the possibility that Tim's a plant by Mother, and that it's something that Bruce would have done.
This comment causes Tim to punch Dick in the face and stomp off, claiming that it WAS something that Bruce would have done, and he'd have hoped Dick would have respected his family's privacy...
---
So... Cass is hanging out with Harper as she's the only member of the Bat Family to condescend or outright insult her? I guess?
