It looks like Marvel is starting to realize that cutting their nose off to spite their face wasn't helping them, which is why we're getting the Resurrexion line and seeing more X-Men merchandise pop up, not to mention the rumors of an animated series later in the year (and apparently they're going to be DLC in the new Marvel Capcom game, which makes me think they were originally not going to be allowed before Marvel decided to end their x-embargo).
