Funny story, I am actually running a Pathfinder campaign based on this very concept.

Basically the heroes are working for an adventurer who also runs a restaurant where he sells food based on monsters. Right now they are involved in a hex crawl hunting monster birds to sell as carny food at a Crusaders tourney.
