No, not really. For example Snyder wrote a really good story about the different ways Batman would fight Superman. Most of the other writers just choose to take the lazy way out.
Who? Where? I mean there are a lot of comics and I haven taken breaks from time to time so maybe I have just been fortunate never to have heard of those issues.
