The art's even worse than I remember it being, but for my money Grayson really is one of the most underrated Joker writers of all time. Not in the big-picture sense, perhaps, but he's got a legitimately kooky thought process that makes you wonder if maybe, just maybe, he genuinely doesn't realize what he's doing is wrong.
It's very reminiscent of Steve Englehart, which is about the highest praise I can bestow on any Joker writer.
