Maybe it's just my overactive imagination at work, but it seems to me that Dragan the Magnificent here somewhat resembles Mehmed IV, the recipient of the Cossack's reply. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mehmed_IV From his wiki article Mehmed was somewhat of a badass and a successful military leader.

May I also say that I like the way Dragon reacted here - no screaming, no histrionics, no apoplectic swearing-of-vengeance. Just "Welp, gonna go change my shirt then get down to business."
