I understand it for the show, because many characters on the Harley Quinn cartoon are "off". That being said, I remember the impression of King Shark when I wa a kid. It was suspenseful. Especially his underwater fight with superboy. It wasnt even about the physical damage he imposed on people....it was more of the danger than anything else. Now? They've made him a "social killer croc" wannabe in many cases.
